Dedicated Technician
We know it can be frustrating when you must explain the same issue to multiple people all the time. To reduce this, you are assigned a dedicated tech, who will become your first port of call. They will work with you in the first instance and call on our other techs when an escalation is required, or if your dedicated tech is away.

Training & Certification
Our techs are highly trained and certified in the products we support, whenever possible. We maintain a regular training schedule for our technicians, so they are kept up to date as technology changes.

Documentation
We will maintain a full documentation system for your PC, detailing as much as we know about your PC, as we grow to know you and your PC better. This documentation is available to you at any time on request.

8 x 5 Support
We work when you work. Our normal hours are between 8:30am and 5pm, but we can also be available outside these hours, if needed.
