Throw away your sticky note.  Now you have an IT button on your taskbar, at the bottom of your desktop screen. This clever little button gives you access to:​
PHONE NUMBERS
​Call the main line, or call your tech directly on their ddi.
EMAIL
Email us a job request, email your account manager, or email accounts.
INSTANT CHAT
Fire up a chat window and chat to someone right now.
You don't need to worry if your Outlook is not working correctly, or if you have deleted a file by mistake.  Now, you can go directly to the person who can help you.

The App
The app (aka ticketing portal) will guide you through the process to create a support ticket.  The portal has pre-defined questions, so that your issue can be resolved as quickly as possible, because your dedicated tech has all the information they need to get started.

Sometimes you just want an answer now.  Text chat is just what you need for some instant answers.  You don't always have an issue to solve, sometimes you just have a quick question that would help your day along if you could get the answer right now.

The Training Centre is a growing resource of training that we come across every day.  This resource includes the latest self-paced training for Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Security, and anything else you can think of.

The Event Centre is a place where upcoming events and webinars can be shared, so you do not need to worry about missing important events again.  Roadshows and product launches are happening frequently, and now you can get instant access to them.

Remote Support
When an IT issue interrupts your day, you want it solved as quickly as possible.  Once you have logged a ticket, your tech may ask you to press the remote support button, and resolve your issue immediately by logging into your machine.

Alert Centre
The Alert Centre keeps you up to date with product updates, service outages and various other IT alerts you might need to know about.

The Help Centre has a full description of how to use the support app.  You are easily guided through the help section to help you understand each section of the app.

No more searching for that phone number or email address. No need to ask someone for 'that IT guys business card'.  No more googling.  All you need is on your desktop.  One click, and all the information appears as if by magic ready for you to use.

Admin Rights
You will also have the ability to assign users to "Admin" status.  Admin users are able to add training, events and alerts for all user to view. 
Admins have a number of additional option in their app, including the ability to see what training your team has viewed, the ability to view the "Account" where you see details of your subscription, view details of the users registered to the app, assign rights to users ,  Add training resources.  Add events.  Add Alerts.  View the reports.  View all users support tickets.

Reports
Only admins are able to view the company wide reports.  These reports will tell you various things about your network including the status of your backup solution, your antivirus status, security assessment details, network assessments, border reports and more.

Tickets
As an admin, you will be able to view all the support tickets that your team create. This allows you to have a system-wide view of the types of issues your team is experiencing, which could alert you to a potential issue on the network, or of a potential training gap.  This allows you and your managers to anticipate issues, allowing for a smooth running operation.

Alerts
Admins are able to create Alerts.  These alerts could be used for any information that you may wish to alert your team of, such as a maintenance outage your phone provider has made you aware of.
You can even use this system for non-IT related alerts such as roadworks occurring outside your building.

Users
Admins have control over the users subscribed to your subscription, including adding or removing admin rights, restricting users from logging in and password resets.

Training
Admins are able to create training notifications.  If there is training that you would like your team to complete, such as your industry software, you can add links in the Training Centre for you team to access.  Admins also have the ability to see who has viewing the training, so you can manage the training easier.

Events
Admins are able to create event notifications.  If there is an event that you would like your team to attend, such as a roadshow your industry software, you can add links in the Events Centre for you team to access.

Single Sign on
When signing up, or joining a current subscription, each user has the option to choose to sign in using Microsoft credentials (if you already have an Office 365 subscription), or to use a traditional username & password.

We highly recommend using your Microsoft 365 credentials, as these are secured by Microsoft, and then there is one less password to remember.  In addition, if you use your Microsoft credentials, the app will recognise you, and automatically sign you in.
